Having started working in the family business over 30 years ago Paul has carried out a number of roles within the Norton Group of companies throughout his career from underwriting and managerial roles to his current role of Lending & Broking Director. He has gained vast knowledge and experience over the years helping Norton Home Loans to become the specialist lender of choice for an ever increasing number of introducers.
Tania has over 35 years of industry experience and joins Norton Home Loans from Yorkshire Bank where she took on a range of roles, working her way up from adviser to manager. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. As Head of Lending, she will work with the BDMs and both the underwriting & packaging teams to continually improve their service. Additionally she will help to implement new systems and ideas across the company.
Sarah has been in the industry since she was 16 years old, and has been with Norton Home Loans for the past 6 years. Sarah started as an underwriter and has worked her way up to Team Manager. She has great experience in the underwriting of both 1st and 2nd charges.
Laura is our newest Team Manager ensuring the delivery of great customer experiences from offer to redemption. She has worked for Nortons in a number of different departments and has a wealth of experience in Financial Services.
David has worked at the Norton group for nearly 10 years moving from BDM to head of sales. He is very broker centric and relationship oriented having worked for brokers in lending and insurance previously. Please contact David for any partnership opportunities .David has a 4-year-old daughter who takes up most of his spare time with hide and seek and colouring.
Tom has been a BDM at Nortons for the last 2 years and has worked for the group before in customer services. Tom prides himself in going the extra mile for brokers and always strives to get each case a positive outcome with his hands on and can-do attitude and approach. Tom is Nortons resident martial artist who trains in Brazilian Ju jitsu and MMA.
Matt is our telephone BDM dedicated to providing great service to any intermediaries with queries and questions. He’s been with the group for the last couple of years and comes from a strong background in sales and customer service. He has really taken to the specialist mortgage market and picked up a lot of valuable knowledge in short period of time and is currently studying CeMAP to further his knowledge. Matt is a keen gamer and has a Labrador.
